Aerial view of the Passo San Marco (Saint Marks Pass) which connects Valtellina and Val Brembana. During the winter, the pass is snow-covered being 2000 (6500ft) high and the mountains around much higher. I am interested in photography, mainly traditional photography. I use film and manual cameras since I was 8 years old. My father photographs, my grand-father was a photographer and taught me the essentials of shooting and processing, my great-grandfather took pictures and I am proud to have and use his cameras. Today, in certain occasions, I side classic cameras with digital cameras, albeit I strictly use them without manipulation. Especially for aerial photography digital is an useful companion. I mark images strictly with the medium they were taken in. Black-and-white images are shot on film, developed by me and either scanned or printed by me.

Una meraviglia. Wonderful!
Riccardo Mottola replied:
Thank you a lot, Lucia! Flying sometimes reserves unique views and film photography captures them.
